1.This solid wooden furniture CNC cutting machine utilizes aluminum plate vacuum table instead of normal hard PVC vacuum table. The aluminum table can support 2000KG solid wood without any deformation, guarantee the machine precision.     

2. Close to the spindle,there is a cutting saw which applies to cut thick wood with fast speed.

3. 12 linear tools attach to gantry, closest distance to the spindle, save the time of tools changing. 

4. 1000W servo motors and drivers. 

5. Cylinder controlled press rollers at front of the gantry, they are very helpful for bent wood.

6. Tool sensor for setting the tools easily.
