How to crate a dinosaur for a park by CNC technology?

Our client from Greece expects to expand his business to animals patterns for parks, so he purchased our EPS mould 4 Axis CNC U-R2030-4A.

If want to replicate an object, but don’t have the object in a 3D format required, then you will have to scan the object by a 3D scanner, save the scan file to STL or other formats, then generate whole item tool path or parts toolpath by Powermill, Artcam, Rhino,Mastercam,UG,etc.

We can shape some objects in a whole by a 5 Axis or 4 Axis CNC, but for some complicated or large objects, have to shape them parts by parts, then combine the parts to a whole.

After the patterns finish, usually need to make coatings on surface.  Polystyrene, polyurethane foam, styrofoam, EPS foam patterns can apply composites or resin coatings.
