1. What is the process to buy your machine?

1).Select the machine(s) from our website,or our sales recommend the most suitable machine(s) for you. 2).Discuss and confirm the machine configurations with our sales. 3). Confirm the trade term, EXW, FOB,CFR,CIF,DDU or others. 4). Our sales give you price 5). Buyer and seller make a deal on the price(s). 6). Our sales send you the Proforma Invoice or Sales Contract. 7). Buyer make deposit or full payment 8). We ship the machine according to the agreed terms. 9).After the machine arrvied at your seaport or air port, you clear the customs and pay duty(if have) and other destination port fees. 10). Take the machine to your shop,house or factory. 11). Contact us if you have any questions during install or use the machine.

2. What payment terms do you accept?

We accept TT(wire transfer),Paypal (for small value only,less than USD2000), LC (very small value we do not accept LC), Western Union,Moneygram, Credit card, Alibaba trade assurance and cash.

3. What do EXW,FOB,CFR and CIF mean?

EXW (Ex works):this term places minimum responsibility on the seller, who merely has to make the goods available, suitably packaged, at the specified place, usually the seller’s factory or depot.The buyer is responsible for loading the goods onto a vehicle; for all export procedures; for onward transport and for all costs arising after collection of the goods. FOB (free on board):the seller pays for transportation of the goods to the port of shipment, plus loading costs. The buyer pays the cost of marine freight transport, insurance, unloading, and transportation from the arrival port to the final destination. The passing of risks occurs when the goods are loaded on board at the port of shipment. CFR(cost and freight): the seller is required to arrange for the carriage of goods by sea to a port of destination and provide the buyer with the documents necessary to obtain the goods from the carrier. Under CFR, the seller does not have to procure marine insurance against the risk of loss or damage to the goods during transit. CIF(cost,insurance and freight): the seller pays costs, freight, and insurance against the buyer's risk of loss or damage in transit to the destination.

4. Do you give sample?

It depands. We can make simple samples according to your requirements for free,send you photos and videos. If send the samples to buyers by courier, buyers pay the shipping cost.

5. What about the lead time?

For standard machines,usually lead time is within 10 working days or we have the machines in stock.

6. What is your after-sale service?

We supply free after-sale service for free forever. We give manuals, supply remote help by teamviewer or by other way, take photos or videos for training or solve the problems. We also supply over-sea service.

7. Do you supply over-seas after-sale service?

Yes. Buyers afford all the cost like air tickets, accommodation,etc.
